How to Juggle | Reverse Cascade
How to juggler the Reverse Cascade
1st step: Learn how to juggler the cascade, or if you have already learned begin juggling the three ball cascade.
2nd step: Analyze your juggling pattern and realize that you are tossing each ball underneath the one falling into your throwing hand.
3rd step: Now before you throw your next ball, wether it is your left or right hand, over the ball falling instead of under.
4th step: Once you have mastered at least step 3 once, continue the pattern 2 to three more times untill you master the reverse cascade.

2nd Step: Now use 3 balls
- For this step you want to have with 2 balls in your dominant hand and 1 ball in the other.
- Start by throwing 1 of the 2 balls in your dominant hand towards the opposing hand in the eye level arch like in step 1.
- As the ball reaches the top of the arch toss the 2 ball in your dominant hand.
- At this time 2 balls will be in the air. The first ball tossed should just be falling while the second should just be released from the hand.
- Now the third ball which hasnt left the non-dominant hand should be quickly tossed towards the dominant hand with enough time to catch the falling ball.

First Blog post | How to Juggle 3 Balls
1st Step: Only use one ball
When beggining how to juggle the first step is a simple exercise that starts from throwing one ball from the left hand to the right and then from the right to the left.
2nd Step: Now use 2 balls
To start off a ball is held in each hand. The left ball should be thrown about eye level towards the left hand. At the balls highest point the ball in the left hand should be thrown in an arc towards the right giving enough time for the left hand to catch the falling ball and then the same in the right.
Repeat exercise untill perfected!!
3rd Step: Finally using 3 balls
Start off with 2 balls in your dominant hand and 1 ball in the other. Throw 1 of the 2 balls in the dominant hand towards the other hand in the eye level arc as in step 2. As the ball reaches its highest point toss the ball in the left hand (for a righty) towards the right hand. As the ball reaches its highest point you then release the ball in the right hand creating a pattern.
